What we collect

When a church requests a site, we store its name, your contact details, project description, timing, and how you reached us. If you complete the private questionnaire, we also store the content, source links, and approval contact you supply. Update requests are associated with the delivered project.

How we use it

CIMedia uses this information to respond, quote, build, deliver, and maintain church sites. Operational messages about your request may be sent by email. Optional service updates are sent only if you select the separate checkbox. We do not sell your contact details.

Access and care

Project records are visible only in a password-protected production board. Source links should point only to materials your church approves for this project. Please avoid sharing private member data or confidential files. You can request correction or removal by replying to a CIMedia project email. Proposed record retention is 12 months after the last project contact, subject to any separate contract or required accounting records.

This notice is a starting policy for the rollout. The site owner should finalize the contact address and retention terms before public launch.
